My guess is that you would have to be older than 30 to possibly know where this image was taken. A few clues, yes, it is in the Philipines, it's pre-digital, it's close to where you can watch both the sunrise and sunset in the same day, at one time there was no electricity, you could find places to stay for around 150 pesos per day, meals included and boat rides from here only cost 5 to 10 pesos.
